PRODUCT INFORMATION

Thank you for visiting my online store and supporting my work
A lot of time goes into the process of preparing my photos for print. If you love my photos enough to hang in your home, I want to ensure that you receive the highest quality prints. All of my photos are professionally printed and handled using the best fine art materials.

While I only offer a curated selection of photo prints in my online store, you can purchase most of my photos with a custom order. Photos can be printed in various sizes and on any style of paper, canvas or metal. If you would like to inquire about a custom order, or if you have any questions, please click here to contact me directly.

Listed below are some FAQs about my online store and the printing process.

What kind of materials do you print on?

Because I want my photo prints look as good as possible, I only use the highest quality fine art printing materials. All of my photos will be printed on the following materials: Moab Entrada Bright Fine Art Photo Paper - 100% cotton paper; archival acid- and lignin-free; smooth surface. Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Baryta Fine Art Photo Paper - 315 gsm, 100% cotton paper; archival acid and lignin-free; high-gloss finish. Moab Slickrock Metallic Silver Fine Art Photo Paper - 300 gsm paper with high gloss and unique sheen; archival acid- and lignin-free; smooth surface. Epson GS Canvas Satin PremierArt Museum Grade Satin Canvas- 414 GSM weight, 20 mil thickness, poly/cotton blend, satin finish. Canvas stretched onto a 1.25" wooden back. Comes with hanging system. ChromaLuxe HD Aluminum Photo Panels - Scratch resistant, fade resistant, flame resistant, easy to clean. Comes with wall mounting system.

Where do you get your printing done?

All of my photos are professionally printed in Austin, TX.

Do you accept returns?

No. All sales are final. Please contact me directly for further questions.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes. Although, to ship something outside of the US, you must fill out a custom order form. You can not place an order through my online shop.

How long does shipping take?

Unless specified otherwise, photo prints are made to order. Please allow 3-5 days for the printing process and 3-4 days for shipping (depending on your location).

Why are your concert photos sold as Limited Edition Prints?

Due to copyright law, I'm only allowed to produce and sell a particular amount of fine art prints if they contain other people. Once I sell a certain amount of a print, it is then considered "merchandise" and must be licensed by the people pictured.

Can you send me an image so I can print it myself?

No. I do not release any of my image files for any use. If you would like to have a photo printed that's not in my online shop, please contact me to set up a custom order.

Do you have any other photos of this artist or this location?

The photos I put up for sale as fine art prints are carefully edited and prepared for print - more so than a photo that gets posted on social media. So, while the answer to this question is, "yes, I most likely do have more photos of a particular artist or location," that doesn't mean I have any of them ready to be printed. Depending on the photo, I can make particular photos available for one time prints - fill out a custom order form if you would like to inquire about this.

What happens when I pre-order something?

When you place a pre-order, your payment will be processed upon purchase and you will receive an email confirmation. The item you purchased will be shipped to you on the date which was specified on the product page. You will receive another email confirmation once it ships.

How do I use your animated phone wallpapers?

My animated phone wallpapers only work on iPhones. Sorry Android people... Instructions on how to use them on your phone are included in the download file.
